The surface of 1:1 contained several pieces
of sandstone, three pieces in the centre of the
unit, 1:1 Feature 1 and three smaller pieces in the
southeast corner, 1:1 Feature 2. Several earthenware
ceramic sherds (cat. 301) were retrieved from
the sieve and a partial ceramic spindle whorl (cat.
300). The soil colour is reddish brown (2.5YR 4/4).
